Jay Song is a Eighteen year old Werewolf who currently lives in Greyspire and is a waiter at Familiar’s Family Diner.

The past is in the p a s t 

Jay was born into a werewolf pack as an omega werewolf. Both his parents were omegas, and the pack was strong. They lived on the Northeast side of America in a werewolf community, and the pack thrived there and stayed safe and never did unnecessary harm to civilians. Jay was brought up to be civilized and polite and strong. To keep his power in check, but never let anyone disrespect him.

Music has always been Jay’s strong point as well. From singing, to playing almost any instrument he could pick up. He was gifted, but his parents always told him he could never be a musician and a werewolf. He had to stay dedicated to his pack, and their alpha. There was no room for anything else. So, instead of picking a university to go to to plan his music career, he just attended poetry jams and indie bars so he could sing during talent nights.

When Jay was nearly eighteen years old, however, things changed. Jay’s pack had a rival pack that had grown from festering animosity to full on hatred. One night Jay’s pack leader taunted the rival, and the rival attacked. Jay’s pack was obliterated, including his parents. He barely managed to survive himself, but he was able to crawl away from the scene until the rival pack left. When he returned he saw there was nothing left for him, and so he ran. He had no alpha, no parents, no one to serve. What was he to do?

Jay found out about Devil’s Watch while he was on the run. Even though it was clear across the country, he made the trip and ended up safely in the town. He knows he’s young, and perhaps not experienced in many things, but he hopes that whatever alphas are in this town will take him in so that he doesn’t feel useless and packless anymore. He’s struggling heavily with the loss of his entire family, but he hopes he can at least find some security in a new pack.

Jay has no real bright thoughts for the future at this time. He just wants to make a living, being in a pack, and maybe sing at bars sometimes.
