Theyre fanart for a game called Ultrakill! a game that imo is best described as "devil may cry as a shooter" where its not abt the realism, but the Style, you play as a vampire robot at the bottom of hell and you are killing your way to the top
You can toss coins in the air and shoot them to 100% crit an enemy, you can punch the bullets as they leave a shotgun to make them hit harder, shoot rockets and ride them, etc
