Ingredients: 1 pizza dough. 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup diced avocado. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat a griddle or large skillet over medium-high heat. Roll out the pizza dough into a round shape. Brush olive oil on one side of the dough and place it on the hot griddle, oil-side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown and crispy. While the crust is cooking, sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the dough. Once the cheese starts to melt, remove the pizza from the griddle. Top the pizza with crumbled bacon, diced avocado, diced red onion, and chopped cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Return the pizza to the griddle and cover with a lid. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is fully melted, and the toppings are heated through. Remove from the griddle, slice, and serve hot.
