Rising DJ and producer duo The Lost Boys team up with American singer and student Griff Clawson for their collaboration, “Sober.”
The intoxicating single finds Clawson wanting more than just a hazy love and asks the question, “why don’t you kiss me when you’re sober?” With the guys of The Lost Boys meeting in college and Clawson being a senior at UCLA the song most likely comes from a relatable place of looking to upgrade that late night college booty call to a more steady love. With a vibrant production and an infectious drop its clear The Lost Boys have earned the right to graduate from late night college bar sets to opening for artist like NGHTMRE, Machine Gun Kelly and several others.
In an interview with YourEDM the guys described working with Clawson on the single. “Griff Clawson is just an insanely talented dude and an even better friend,” they explained “Immediately upon meeting Griff, we all just clicked, and it’s just so much fun making music between the three of us. He holds himself to such a high standard, just like us, and in that high standard we push each other to experiment and try new things in our music, not only in our collaborations but also in our own music”
