Grill cupcakes are a fun and unique twist on the classic campfire s'mores. They have all the flavors of s'mores, with the added smokiness from the grill. Perfect for a summer BBQ or outdoor gathering!
Ingredients: 1 box of chocolate cupcakes mix. 1/2 cup of vegetable oil. 3 eggs. 1/4 cup of water. 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows. 1/4 cup of chocolate chips. 1/4 cup of crushed graham crackers.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium heat, which is about 350F or 175C. Mix the cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water together according to the directions on the package to make the cupcakes. You can line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. Fill up about two thirds of the way to the top of each cupcake liner with the batter. Close the lid and put the muffin tin on the grill grates. Put the cupcakes on the grill for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Put chocolate chips and mini marshmallows on top of each cupcake while they are still warm. Cover the grill and set it on high for two to three minutes. This will let the heat melt the chocolate chips and marshmallows. Take the cupcakes off the grill and add crushed graham crackers on top to make them look nice. Wait until the cupcakes are cool to serve them.
