Grilled Rainbow Trout. Flying Fish. Little Rock, Arkansas. 10.21.2021.

NOTE TO SELF: The trout is a thin fish, but it's good. Maybe next time give the salmon a whirl. This is my first time here since 2018, which is kind of crazy. My impulse is to avoid this place because I always think I'm going to have to eat fried food, but this is a solid option. I'll make a habit of this.

Grilled Trout with Spicy Pepper Infusion!

Here is how I prepared my trout from the other day. My mouth was watering as I wrote the recipe, as it was perfect! I hope you all enjoy my recipe, and if you have your own way of preparing trout, please share; I love trying new ways to cook fish!

NOTE TO SELF: I feel like I eat this all the time, but it's only my third time the last eight months. I'm still mad about the thinner cut of vegetables that has become standard, but it's also still good.

NOTE TO SELF: I'm convinced their plan is to cut the squash thinner and thinner until they can give us three pieces instead of four without anyone noticing. Otherwise, this is a good downtown staple.
