Salad Niçoise

Another episode of Goth Girl Can Cook, Salad Niçoise with grilled tuna edition. This is a composed salad with potatoes, tomatoes, green beans, eggs, and olives on a bed of butter lettuce, all dressed in a lemon vinaigrette. Ideally I would have used Niçoise olives, but I rarely see them, so I used kalamata olives

Nothing compares to freshly grilled tuna for fish lovers. The tuna is given a bright touch by the addition of freshly squeezed lime juice in this recipe, which is simply seasoned with olive oil and lime. Nothing interferes with the wonderful flavor of the fish in this dish.
