These Grilled Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches are a perfect way to spice up your weekend grilling routine. Tender chicken breasts are grilled to perfection, basted in zesty buffalo sauce, and topped with melted pepper jack cheese, then sandwiched between toasted buns with creamy ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup buffalo sauce. 4 slices pepper jack cheese. 4 hamburger buns. 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing. Lettuce and tomato slices for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. During the last few minutes of grilling, baste chicken with buffalo sauce and top each breast with a slice of pepper jack cheese. Toast hamburger buns on the grill until lightly browned. Spread ranch or blue cheese dressing on the bottom half of each bun. Place grilled buffalo chicken breasts on the bottom bun, top with lettuce and tomato slices, and cover with the top bun. Serve hot and enjoy!
