Ingredients: 4 lobster tails. 4 burger buns. 8 slices of bacon. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 slices of tomato. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons ketchup. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1 tablespoon honey. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Prepare the lobster tails by splitting them in half lengthwise and removing the meat from the shells. Season the lobster meat with salt and pepper. Cook the lobster tails on the grill for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are opaque and slightly charred. Remove from heat and set aside. While the lobster is cooking, fry the bacon slices until they are crispy. Drain on paper towels. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, smoked paprika, and honey to make the sweet and smoky mayo.
