Garlic butter on grilled steaks that are juicy and great for a keto-friendly BBQ.
Ingredients: 4 beef steaks ribeye or sirloin. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 4 tbsp butter, melted. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 tbsp olive oil. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. On both sides of the steaks, sprinkle salt and pepper. Cut up some garlic and melt some butter in a small bowl. Brush the steaks with the garlic butter mix on both sides. Put some olive oil on top of the steaks. For medium-rare, grill steaks for about 4 to 5 minutes per side. You can cook them longer if you want them more done. Once done, take it off the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley.
