Indulge in the bold flavors of Cajun seasoning and rich butter, perfectly complementing the succulent steak. This recipe adds a spicy kick to your barbecue experience.
Ingredients: 4 steaks preferably ribeye or sirloin. 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. On both sides, season the steaks with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Melt some butter and add some minced garlic, chopped parsley, and smoked paprika to a small bowl. This will make the Cajun butter sauce. Cook the steaks until they're done the way you like them, which is usually about 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Brush both sides of the steaks with the Cajun butter sauce in the last minute of cooking. Take the steaks off the grill and give them a minute or two to rest. Put extra sauce on the side so that you can dip the Cajun Butter Steak in it. Have fun with your tasty and juicy Cajun Butter Steak!
