I still need to deliver a few gifts. (/whines)
She gave out a tired sigh as she moved her legs up to across the wooden bench, her left side leaning against the wooden bench of the park. No electricity or water in the apartment for a week. That was fine, she supposed, she had lived without either for a while before. Get into a huge fight with your best friend. She frowned, the memory of last night replaying into her head. Now we'll never talk or see each other again. "What a shitty week..." she mumbled, her eyes staring absentmindedly off somewhere.
Luna stood in front of the boutique, admiring the many version of hanboks on display for the upcoming holiday. They were all very beautiful but one of the modern version of hanbok caught her attention the most. It had a pastel yellow jeogori and a pink short chima, way different from the traditional one that she was used to. "How pretty..."
I just want to bash my head into a wall or something.
Luna slowly pulled the phone away from her ear, her hands turning into a pale color from gripping the phone too hard. She had half the mind to throw her cell phone against the wall but she resisted the urge.
That wasn't the response she wanted to hear... She wanted to hear her talk to her, not listen to a automated voice message. She quickly pocketed the phone, tears already spilling. Her hands came up to furiously wipe at her eyes. They wouldn't stop falling. It was always painful when she had to say goodbye to one of her friends. Even more painful when it wasn't a proper goodbye...
"Sleep...is for the weak." She mumbled tiredly.
Bubbles scattered out around the park before popping into nothing. The reaper was sitting on the grass, several containers of bubble solution laying next to her. With her phone playing soft music, she continued blowing bubbles without a care.
"So will you never be my lover or my valentine; never be a friend of mine, never see my better side." Luna sang as she balanced on the edge of the fountain in the park, her arms outstretched. Her English was off but she didn't care and continued singing. "Baby, you'd be terrified of all the secrets you were wishing you won't ever find is deep inside me. And I don't wanna hide me~"
