acnh rp blog 👀 do you have island lore / tidbits?
(*Le Gasp* You are my first ask! Thank you for taking an interest in my little slice of the animal crossing community!)
(The story of my island is a continuation of ny New Leaf save. I have reset New Horizons many times but in an attempt to keep this one I decided I will document the achievements and note any interesting villager moments.)
(The summary of this island is this...)
(Mayor Cookie lived in a town called Cryptid, and joined a coven of witches which Cookie slowly realized was actually becoming a cult. All this came to a head when the coven asked Mayor Cookie to kill Rodeo the bull.)
(Next thing she knew she came to on a train out of town, soaked in rain and mud clutching the Coven’s Grimoire. Not knowing why she had a gap in her memories but knowing she wasn't safe to return to Cryptid, Mayor Cookie began to look at her dwindling options.)
(Eventually she saw a flyer for a DESERTED Island getaway run by her old friend Tom Nook. Sensing an opportunity to go into hiding Mayor Cookie made plans to reunite with Tom Nook.)
(She named the Island Grimoire after the Coven’s spellbook still in her possession. Unfortunately Grimoire's land is incredibly haunted and filled with untapped magic to discover. You will *hopefully* see the rest in the fanfic I plan to write.)
(Random Fun Facts:)
• most of the villagers are ghosts (hence the repeating dialogue) with only a select few being living beings.
• I have over 2,000 hours in new horizons and have never decorated an island! Ever! I mostly collect things and fill out my critterpedia then reset haha.
• I will post more about the villagers on my island in a separate post as this is getting quite long.
