Oh my god I’m looking back on Grimm!Tai and I realized something. If that human side could even control his semblance, he could not fucking use his semblance. His semblance is based on his anger, his negative emotions. Grimm feed off those emotions. By using his semblance to save himself in a fight, he effectively fucks himself over and let’s that Grimm get more of a control over himself.

The Grimm ‘king’ had searched all over the house. His fury only seemed to grow as he couldn’t find her. In his anger, he had broken quite a few vases. Talk about interior design.
That’s when he heard it. A cry. A cry from the one he was searching for. He roared when he opened the door to the outside of the house.
“Damnit, bruin! Why the hell did you not come to me when you were called?!”
"Whats got into you?" (Is it too late for this?)
“Oh, wouldn’t you like to know, runt? I wish you died during the Fall of Beacon. You bring destruction wherever you go. People die in your wake. You’re worse than me. No Grimm would ever be as destructive as the monster named Ruby Rose.”
