II. THE REAPER   .      computer errors  . a shiver down your spine .    haunting beauty .  hard liquor . crowns of thorns . shadowed alleyways . decaying plant matter . shattered mirrors and broken glass . corrupted memories  .  stopped clocks . the scent of stale cigarettes . tattered black hoodies . walking your friends home  . the crescent moon . the sea. a graveyard on a foggy day . cold rings on cold fingers . absolution  . looking out the window of an airplane  . soft kisses .

III. THE WITCH   . graffiti  . pretending to know what you’re doing . worn paperback books. growing up too fast . parsley , sage , rosemary , and thyme . lace and combat boots  . moth wings . candles on every surface  . a weathered deck of cards . turning the music up .fireflies in jars  . calloused fingers .  drawing on your skin . sunlight filtering through clouds  . petrichor .  a dying rose in a jar . wearing a crystal pendant .illusions and spells  . black cats  . mint gum  . chapped lips . dirt under your fingernails .  the cycle of life and death  .

IV. THE WOLF   . murders of crows .  frost-bitten leaves .  wolves howling at midnight .knocking on your door . leaving food out for stray animals . the twang of an acoustic guitar  . honey .  tiny red buds on trees . claw marks on the walls . golden eyes  . slightly too long stubble . sharp canines .  soft ,  thick fur  .  hunger. a small cottage in the middle of the woods . knitted fingerless gloves  . sleeping on the forest floor . always finding your way back home .

               THE NIGHT AIR FEELS GENTLE ALONG HIS SKIN  .   /     legs dangling off the side of the storefront’s roof that gives him a full view of the sidewalk below.   sure ,  lee dojoon was new to the whole undead reaper thing   ;    but the sudden  coldness  that ripples down his bones when he spies another walking under him is enough to capture his attention   ;    leaning forward just so.   ‘    yo !   hi !    ’    a simple greeting driven by a simple feeling   ;   but what else was he supposed to say ?  he’s just looking for a good chat.  //  @grimmmer

One year, three months and two weeks since he came back home. And yet each night he’d have the same exact dream, well almost exactly the same, the outcome was always the same, SHE’D always die, but sometimes he’d even manage to try and save her. Failing every single time. It was hard to adjust to normal life, or whatever life was supposed to be now that he was back. He had tried every and any job he could find, finally getting a recommendation from a friend that he used to be deployed with. A hired bodyguard for the rich and famous. 

That is what most soldiers tended to do since it paid the most. They were hardly capable of doing anything else. Most never going to college or finishing it. Black suit, hands clasped behind his back. A very visible seethrough plastic cord that leads to his earpiece and a gun that was hidden. Attached to the inside of his jacket.  He had received the profile of his client, and the reason for extra security. Having studied it for the past few days, Jung-hoo was now ready and on the job. 

Receiving his clearance, his ID, with his name and photo in its plastic container was attached to the front of his suit. Making it very clear what his position was and who he worked for, for anyone that would see him. As his client exited the building he lived in. Jung-hoo instantly moved, walked over to the car and opened the back seat, giving a slight bow as the man approached. 

“I’m your new bodyguard sir.” He waited for a reply and any instructions he might get.

    high heeled feet step out of the vehicle,         assistant following close behind but far enough away to keep things  discreet.   she’s early    ---    intentionally  so,  her own eyes scoping out the nightclub before she makes an  investment  this big.  her father had taught her well,  after all.  it’s like any other club she’s been too,  perhaps a bit more high class than some,  still full of  drunks.   it’s not too late,   luckily,   areum’s meetings had her waking up at  ungodly  hours and she couldn’t be lacing her veins with alcohol  too late  into the night.  abruptly,  she finds a seat at the bar and glances behind her to make sure her assistant is comfortable where he is,  farther away from her than he’s probably used to.  brushing her hair behind her shoulder with ease,  eyes follow the  buzz  that makes it’s way through the club as women dance and men  fumble  their way around their delicate bodies.  she’s never been one for the club scene,  but she’s always been good at  acting.    ❝   just vodka tonic    ---    with a lime.  ❞     she looks at the bartender finally,  with a  confident  smile painted over  SHARP  features.      //  @grimmmer

Their bi-weekly anime binge was something Hyunwoo looked forward to. Though it was questionable why the two would even bother watching Naruto together. They knew it would come to this point, as it did each time. Hyunwoo pointed his chicken drumstick at the other male accusingly , “You have the worst taste when it comes to Naruto. Rock Lee is superior in every way. And I mean every way. From his powerful brows to his kind respectful heart. There’s just no one on his level. Don’t even get me started on his strength!”

             Escuchaba sus pasos junto con otro par haciendo eco en las calles de la ciudad. Sabía que aquel era terreno peligroso, no sólo su sentido común se lo decía. Su hermana se lo advirtió, pero Heejung no era conocido por prestar atención a las señales rojas. Mucho menos preocuparse por sí mismo. Por lo que aquella madrugada no le llamó la atención la sombra que lo seguía, la cual guió durante un rato hasta llevarle a un pequeño callejón donde podría hablar con tranquilidad. Ver con qué estaba lidiando. Voltea, cuerpo recargándose contra la pared humedecida por el rocío de la madrugada, su rostro parcialmente oculto por el hoodie que llevaba sobre su cabeza y la tenue iluminación del lugar, y saca el pequeño encendedor de metal de su bolsillo para juguetear con él entre sus dedos. “¿Qué quieres?” poco le interesaba conocer al pequeño grupo dueño de la zona, más bien quería saber cuáles eran sus límites y ver qué tanto podría empujarlos antes de quebrantarlos uno por uno.      woomin eyed his phone, fingers tapping impossibly fast as if it would make the other pick up faster. they have a rule; to pick up within three rings so what the hell is guard kim doing? as his eyes flick over to the other, he finds that yihwan has already gotten himself into the driver’s seat. oh, god. the younger presses the phone to his ears, hoping that kim would pick up and he can avoid this entire experience altogether. “ sir, if you could just give me a moment, i’ll find guard kim to drive us over. you shouldn’t have to drive yourself. ” the bodyguard watches his client inch closer and closer to driving the both of them even as his phone rings lifelessly. pick it up!
