This was really cool, both in the fact that Cordovin redeemed herself and helped our heroes protect the city, and the idea that her mech has a cool giant drill Ike that. It’s very handy to clean up after the fact that Ruby’s eye blast didn’t fully kill Levi, only trap him for a good while. So yay, teamwork and saving the city!~

I’m actually really looking forward to that movie. Love how many classic monsters they’re putting in it. But this big boy here. This “Leviathan”. I’ve heard people say he looks like a mix between a dolphin, a platypus, and an alligator. But his stance, the spikes on his back, and even how he enters the narrative are all so very much like Godzilla. And I am totally on board with it.

This is what the base was trying to warn Cordovin about. And now RWJNROMQ have crippled her mech, the thing literally made to fight these kind of threats. So... this is kinda their fault. It’s also Caroline’s fault for using the mech on them just to show off her military might, but the blame is still kinda on both sides. So how are they gonna fight this big of a threat?... But wait, there’s more!

Do I need to explain why this is such a big problem? Dozens of flying Grimm when a single dozen with only one Sphinx caused a hell of a lot of trouble for the heroes, plus we now have this big lizard boi. And with everyone but Ren and Qrow without any of their aura, there’s very little our heroes can do now. It’s gonna take a miracle to win this fight without MAJOR casualties. And with several families we care very much about confirmed to be living here, we especially don’t want there to be many casualties. So yeah, pretty crappy odds.

Also, yes. I know I called them chimeras when they are actually manticores. I didn’t think to look up the name. I’m sorry.

Hard light dust has to be expensive, especially for an array like that. And I don’t know the conversion rate of lien to dollars, but a high amount there is probably pretty high here too. So, y’know. Expensive wall to keep unwanted individuals out. See the connection? Good. Now let’s hope you know who doesn’t watch this show and get any ideas. He has enough ridiculous policies.

Good to know that Argus has such powerful and useful defenses in case of such an attack though. If only the effort had been made complete by Cordovin’s mech...

Shame it was so effective at destroying the towers keeping the light wall array running... its a clever bastard.
