Gulls don't get anywhere near enough love! I saw Fulmar for the first time when I was in North East England in 2021. Sadly the visibility was so bad due to heavy sea fog and high winds that all my pictures came out pants, but happy to have at least one that isn't just a tubey nosed blur.

33. If money was no object, what would your wardrobe be like?

Really boring, probably - lots of geeky t-shirts and jeans. I’d probably get a new trenchcoat or bomber jacket, though. Ooh, or a cowboy duster like they wear in the opening to Once Upon a Time in the West!

50. What’s your favorite kind of weather?

Not too far from what we’ve got right now in Notts - warm but not too warm, with a breeze that’s not too chilly or too strong. Perfect walking weather, if there weren’t a fucking plague on.
