7. earbuds or headphones?

i hate to be that person, but both lol i use earbuds when i ride the bus or if i'm at school, but i'll use headphones for at-home music listening or gaming!

14. favorite non-chocolate candy?

i actually can't eat/don't like chocolate so this is easy! lol i like sour gummies (there are some really good ones from trader joes that i love) and hard candy, like jolly ranchers or suckers!

21. obsession from childhood?

it's funny, i'm actually getting back into an old obsession from childhood, like, rn! i was a capital W weeb in middle school and was obsessed with various kinds of anime. i just finished watching jujutsu kaisen (at @kedsandtubesocks recommendation, ty ily) and i'm a LOT more picky about my anime choices nowadays so finding one i like is huge! i have a few new husbands now so the house they all live in in my brain just got a little bigger to accommodate both them and the ppcu LOL

OH and i got back into collecting trading cards too! i played pokemon a lot as a kid, but now i just collect the ones i like plus some magic the gathering cards, and other stuff!

last book: Currently reading The Witch Elm by Tana French, who is one of my favorite contemporary authors. She writes murder mysteries set in Ireland and they're always so twisty and layered and complex. If that's your bag, I recommend her Dublin Murder Squad series, which can be read in any order they just all take place in the same universe. Start with In The Woods or The Likeness.

last movie: I just watched Deadpool and Wolverine for the first time the other day because I was Going Through It and my husband thought it would make me laugh. He was correct, that shit was absurd.

last tv show: We just did a re-watch of Moon Knight, but I'm currently watching Say Nothing on hulu, which is based on true stories about members of the IRA during The Troubles in Ireland. I guess I'm gearing up for Kiss Me I'm Irish Day.

last thing I googled: Planet alignment, because that's currently happening! Apparently tomorrow night all of the planets will be aligned and visible in the sky!

favorite color: Leafy green.

sweet/savory/spicy: all three, really, but if I have to pick one then it's savory. I'm a sucker for pretzels or potato chips.

looking forward to: Oof. I got nothing at the moment. Warmer weather, I suppose.

current obsessions: I recently downloaded this dumb app game that is just color by number but I find it very zen and relaxing, so I've been using that to chill my brain out when I feel myself approaching panic status. I don't want to know what it says about my anxiety levels that I've finished like 30 pictures already, but hey it works.

What can you tell me about Salt Water? 💚

I've been sitting on this for a while now and it's about time I start putting stuff out there or it's going to be sat in my WIP folder forever!

Plus it's Frankie Friday™️, so what better day to share more of this!

A/N: Mav has no physical descriptions in any of my writing, the image is there for aesthetics

So it's about Frankie x Mav (Maverick from my Frankie one-shots) and a week spent in a beach house on the Oregeon coast after Frankie finally returns home after the events in Colombia.

It was already a relationship that was tense based on his recent suspension and his decision to go on this recce - and now they're at a turning point, where they could go back to Florida together or go their separate ways.

It stemmed from the Ed Sheeran song of the same name.

Hopefully, if I can get past my current self-doubt in my ability to tell this story, I hope I can share the first parts before the month is out.
