Simple protection tealight I did today: tealight + leftover frying oil (just a fingertipworth; made fried chicken & fry bread last night, very homey, comforting, & protective) + salt + garlic powder + oregano + ground black pepper.
I've got to get back on my monthly spells and complete my yearly ones. I've been so busy traveling and cleaning that I haven't had time or resources to do them proper. Kinda bugging me.
I also need to get my new altars set up, but I'm still working on the room they're going to be in. Like I still need to put the bed together and shit. I have a temp altar & space but oooooooh it's so cramped and very difficult to use. And messy. Sometimes, witchcraft ain't pretty.
Roomie bought me a rocks & minerals starter kit, and it comes with 15 specimens, however the booklet included doesn't mention 3? I don't know if they're duplicates or just not mentioned or what. I'm resisting the urge to eat them because they look mildly appetizing.
I'm happy to have more pyrite and jasper, as well as some hematite, and my first desert rose. I don't often use a lot of crystals in my work, but I'm not against it; I'm more a collector from a geology / goblin standpoint.
