Sloop Brewing Grounded Roots NY IPA (Picked up at Whole Foods in Plymouth Meeting, PA). A 3 of 4. An IPA with (all?) NY ingredients, this is quite nice -- mostly citrus and some faint tropical fruit in the nose, and a body that is much the same. There’s some moderate grain sweetness to this relatively thick and hazy body, and primarily fruity notes throughout, with a very mild bitterness in the finish.
