Farm raised pork belly, whitetail venison and salt…and that is all that was necessary for an amazing tasting sausage base. Frozen in small batches, we can pull one out and mix in some flavours, whatever we’re feeling at the moment. As a base, as is, it is a tremendous breakfast sausage, but Kevin immediately riffed on maple syrup.
