The co-manager of Random Play along with his sister Cici, if Scout isn't restocking shelves or helping out his neighbors on Sixth Street then he's probably playing video games or rewatching one of his favorite movies for the 70th time. 
Speaking of movies, Scout likes to stock the store with thrillers and suspense films with the occasional comedy, some of his favorites videotapes that are on constant rewind are Final Punch, Starlight Knight, Small Body Big Crisis, The Port Peak, TreCarls and Return to Giallo City
He's usually the one to go out and get new stock, because if he lets Cici get the restock then she'll come back with only anime and weird niche films. Because unlike his sister he's very picky about films and is dragged to the cinema to see whatever new movie.
