The I.K. Method ⋆˙⟡ is a sensory-based shifting technique created specifically for the ADHD brain and those with Aphantasia. Rest assured, the technique was created to fit EVERYBODY. Let me tell you, the only skill you need is bluff because we will lie throughout the process. I think it will please “lazy” folks because as one of them, I made it as simple as possible. So here's the sauce!
⋮ ⌗ ┆ Level 1: The Spark (The "Wait, What?" Technique)

The brain is often stuck in a "loop" of birth reality intrusive thoughts (Especially the ADHD brain). To break this, you use the "Wait, What?" technique.
- The Action: Ask yourself a question that assumes you are already in your Desired Reality or Waiting Room.
- Examples: "Wait, why is the lighting so much softer than this in my WR?"
- The Goal: This forces the brain to "search" for a memory that hasn't even happened yet in the 3D, effectively "hooking" your consciousness into the Manifested Reality data stream.
For someone with Aphantasia, we skip "seeing" and move to "knowing." This is the Non-Visual Map.
- Spatial Awareness: Mentally acknowledge where objects are in your DR relative to your current body. Like at home you can direct yourself even with the lights off. For example; "The desk is to my left. The door is behind me." You don't need to see them; you just need to know they are there.
- Then, we use our senses: Take a physical sensation you feel right now (the hardness of a chair, the warmth of the room) and relabel it.
“This hardness isn't the living room couch; it’s the wooden bench in my BR.” (BR=birth reality, used instead of CR because CR affirms you haven't shifted)
- The Optional “Narrator”: If your mind wanders, narrate your actions in the third person. "They are sitting in the WR now, feeling the air change."

This is the core movement of the I.K. Method. It uses the vestibular system (your sense of balance and weight) to trigger the shift.
The Sinking Descent (100 → 0)
- Use Case: Mostly to shift but you can do whatever you want.
- The Process: Count backward from 100 (I am assuming I am not the only one who imagines a downward movement when I count downward- or I might just be weird). With every number, feel your body becoming heavier.
- The Transition: By the time you reach 0, feel the floor vanish. You "sink" or "fall" through your current seat and land directly into the texture of your DR seat/bed.
⋆˚࿔ OR ⋆˚࿔
The Floating Ascent (0 → 100)
- Use Case: Recommended for reaching the Void State or shifting while staying awake mostly but you can use it as an asleep method too.
- The Process: Count upward from 0 (Same here!). With every count, feel a layer of weight "peeling off" your body. Until you become faceless and formless. (Particularly effective for the Void)
- The Transition: By 100, you feel yourself floating upward, disconnected from your physical body, entering the weightless blackness of the Void.
Failsafe: The “Desired Assumption” Technique
For my folks who fear their Birth Reality distraction. In this method you should simply relabel them (you gotta be creative!) Like, if you hear a fan, assume it is a coffee machine in your DR (go all in with the bluff!)
- The Rule: You never "stop" or "restart" because of a distraction.
And for mistakes in counting, pick up from the closest number you remember. The goal is relaxation and not to be worried.
this is by far one of the most well made, thought out, and overall well designed methods ive seen in a while. i hope you guys like this method as much as me and @linasweetgirl do˚. ᵎᵎ ♡ִֶ⋆. 𐙚˚࿔ 𝜗𝜚˚⋆˚.
I’ve lived so many lives, some of which were worlds apart from my current one. Every time I return here, I’m struck by how wonderful and miraculous life is. It’s hard to put into words, but it’s this deep sense of reverence for the simple fact that you are alive.
2. Motivation doesn't play a role.
Most of the time, motivation only kicks in once you actually start doing the work. I’ve felt motivated both before and after shifting, but in my opinion, motivation only gets in the way. You end up chasing a result to satisfy you, but will you even feel that satisfaction when it comes?
3. The Butterfly Effect is real.
The tiniest flap of a butterfly's wings can completely rewrite reality.
4. I am never truly "ready" to shift.
Even when I intentionally shift to my DR, I’m never 100% prepared for what awaits me in another reality. However, shifting has helped me overcome my futurophobia (the fear of change and the future).
5. Only the result matters (methods are irrelevant).
Shifting is happening constantly. Methods are just there to provide a logical justification for the steps taken to reach a goal, but the result is all that counts. It’s the same as manifesting a million dollars while still going to work because you believe money can’t just fall from the sky—or using the 10k method for manifestation.
6. Self-concept and mental state don't matter.
I’ve shifted to my DR with my mental health in the gutter and a terrible SC, without ever seeing myself as some kind of "god."

Sanji’s fight with Absolom was a lesson about consent and not “waaa you stole my dream of peeping on women in the bathroom!!”

Ussop and Robin don’t get white washed after the time skip (HEAVY on Ussop)

So I’m pretty sure all of you have heard that “if you TRULY believe in your manifestation, it will come instantly” and no matter just how much you convince yourself “ihaveitihaveitihaveit” it just dosen’t come instantly
truthfully, manifestation and shifting aren’t instant
and no
like lumiaaverse said, this is not a a limiting belief
and manifestations being delayed dosen’t change anything for manifesters OR shifters
It manifestations were instant, it would be VERY chaotic
everything you would think of/assume would happen on spot. You’re in the shower, you wonder what it would be like of the water was as hot as the sun
guess what?

Instead of expecting your manifestation to be their the second you think it, you need to lay back and pretend like you already have it
WHAT NOT TO DO: “I have a bag of chips!! Wait, why isn’t there a bag of chips in front of me…? Uh… come on! Where are my chips..?”
WHAT TO DO: “I’m hungry, but it’s ok because I have a bag of chips right here!” *and proceed to lay back because you know that’s all you had to do to get a bag of chips*
this is show sleep methods work, you go to sleep in your cr because “this is all the work I needed to do, I just have to go to sleep and wake up on my dr”
I think many people over think sleep methods, thinking that there’s some magical trick to doing a sleep method

yall. this is a question im frequently getting...i'll try to explaine it to yall in the best way. 😙🫡these are MY thoughts. Youre free to disagree. i just try to explaine some ''confusions'' beginners or less experienced people might have. These are NOT ''limiting belief''. just how manifestation works and its logic. 😸
The frequency difference between wanting something and having something is a real thing. Manifestation is technically instantaneous cause the moment you assume or choose (decide) something in your consciousness, that reality already exists at the quantum level/ in your mind. However,, physical reality (aka so called 3D) is, by its nature, a bit more like a slow moving mirror. No its not a fvcking ''limiting belief''. Why our assumpitons not immediatley occuring into 3D reality? Cause manifestation dont stop working. we assume things 24/7. So that means, if the physical world wasnt slower thsn our minds and itd reflect our assumptions in the milisecond, itd be a complete chaos. Imagine every and each one of your thoughts instanly occurring in the physical world. Youre in the traffic, and the person in front of u wont stop honking the horn. And for a moment u think ''ugh wtf, what are they doing? wish theyd just explode''. And what, itd really happen? The person would explode. But in 3D theres something called "a bridge of incidents". And ur subconscious mind reflects u your constant assumptions cause it takes THEM as reality. Your subconscious mind has no eyes. It'll reflect what you tell it as ''truth'' (reality).
However the critical point here is that constantly saying "im manifesting, im shifting, im insisting" throughout the day actually sends this message to 3D that "i don't have this rn, and im trying to make it happen!!!!" Too much effort.
🌔 The energy of wanting says: it feeds on the belief that " i don't have it."
🌖 The energy of having says: it feeds on the feeling that "it's already there, im comfortable."
Constantly insisting is similar to asking someeone every five minutes, "ughh has my package arrived? its definitely coming, right??" This situation indeed harbors a greeeeeat deal of doubts and a feeling of lack in the background. 3D dosent reply to your techniques, to deep seated feeling of "nah i don't have it yet." Now, doubts are okay, your mood swinging is okay, but you should not go back to the old assumptions that u wanna replace. The moment u ask urself, "why haven't i shifted yet?", you open your eyes, look around, and utter, (observing ur reality) "aah, im in the same old room again." in other words youre literally allowing 3D (aka THE shadow of your old assumptions) to manipulate you. Physical reality is an xray of your old thoughts. What you see now is the result of the past. Every time you whine "why didn't it work?", you're recopying the old film into the present :p
𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹, 𝗶𝗳 𝘂 𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶 𝘀𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁…
DOOONTT turn persistence into stubbornness. Now, instead of constantly forcing urself throughout the day to "manifest," CLEARLY set your intention once and then let your mind relax. When ur mind asks u (actually ego talking) "why didn't it work?", don't fight with it. Just say, "cause physical world is building the bridge of incidents of it and it already happened/ i have it." and move on.
as for shifting, stop thinking bout the shifting moment or how itll happen. Try to feel the comfort of that version of yourself whose already living in that reality, that has gone wherever they wanted, and the satisfaction of "yeaaaa it happened and its over, i don't need to think about it anymore." you don't obsess over something you have during the day, you just enjoy its comfort. (naturally)
dont give up on 3D, don't ignore it, no matter where you physically wake up, dont see it as a "failure." Just think that ''im at the bridge stage (bridge of incidents)."
