MK50 roundabout quilt @thefestivalofquilts Community learning Milton Keynes. Mainly recycled cotton. Some hand dyed or printed. Appliqué, collage, batik, embroidered, stencilled, and reverse appliqué. This quilt was produced to celebrate Milton Keynes 50th anniversary in 2017. Lead by jean charles, current and past students were asked to create a panel to represent a roundabout in Milton Keynes in the pop art style reflecting the art 1967, the year Milton Keynes was officially designated.
