I love growing my own herbs. I think Thyme is my husbands favourite herb smell. 💚 We not only grow Thyme but also Rosemary, Sage, Parsley, and Peppermint. 💚 This year I bought a dehydrator and I can not wait to harvest and dry these herbs out. Then I can refill my empty shop bought jars. I'll have not only been self-sustainable but eco-conscious too in my recycling. 💚 What herbs do you grow? Oh I am so excited, the pea pods are ready to pick. The last time we grew peas, many years ago, the peas never made it to the house because Andy and Abigail would just eat them straight out the pod. 😅 🍃 We're not getting much height out of any of our peas and beans, but then we don't have the best soil, even with soil improver added. 🍃 I might not be getting enough produce to do any canning this year but it'll still be good fresh peas for the summer. 🍃 How's your garden doing?
