M!A Rose is still a ghost, but she's separated from Lily's body and looks as she would have if she were alive. (M!A lasting for however long mun pleases)
"What?" Rose’s eyes go wide, shock and excitement thrilling her. A moment later she feels the pulling of her soul being ripped from her sister’s, a pain that sends her stumbling. But she recovers in time to reach out and catch the unconscious Lily as she falls, gently laying her down on their couch and then rushing to the bathroom to look at herself.
Her true self. This is her. Who she really is. And she just wants people to know her this way, not as a byproduct of her sister but as herself. An original entity.
