Eobard shouts himself awake on the couch, screams still echoing in his mind. Is this how everyone he cares for dies?
He scrubs his face. Get it together, Eobard. He throws the blanket off and swings his legs over the side of the couch. He briefly looks at Harrison’s vitals before covering his face with his hands and growling softly. For all his genius and powers, he’s nothing. If he fails Harrison -- don’t think like that -- but if -- stop, get ahead of this -- it’s over for him. It’s all over.
