Everyone in Runa’s family died, she was sent to live with her cousin she barely knew, her cousin forced her into her superstitions and absolutely traumatized with them enough that she STILL has anxiety about it, then she had to kill her best friend and then after she did THE RIGHT THING everyone she knew tried to throw her in prison and then abandoned her, then she found another friend and WHAT HAPPENS?! OH YEAH, he dies and leaves her with his traumatized 10 year old! Then one of her former best friends traveled halfway across the world to accuse her of MURDER that they had NO SOLID EVIDENCE FOR, THEN SHE GETS SENT INTO THE MIDDLE OF A DEADLY STORM THAT NO ONE HAS EVER MADE IT OUT OF ALIVE BECAUSE HER EX BEST FRIEND SHE TRIED TO KILL IS MESSING WITH LEGENDARY BEASTS!! AGAIN!! Then she went BACK TO THE TUNDRA WHICH SHE HATES and immediately had a reunion with her former best friend in the form of a battle, then Leopold called her a child in forth of all the high keepers, then one of said high keepers had her relive all her trauma by making her explain her battle with Audrian when she was 18, which she immediately gets called stupid and brash for! Then her girlfriend who dumped her shows up talking about an elixir that can heal any scar, then she gets sent into the middle of unexplored nowhere before getting told that her apprentice has the same crazy powers as her former best friend who’s now trying to destroy the world, then she finds out that she’s apparently the descendant of some long lost hero and that she’s going to have to go get the golden horn or whatever and SUMMON NAVRASHTYA, and then when she finds the horn, she has a battle with her best friend turned villain which ends in her being severely injured and being in a COMA FOR 11 HOURS!!! And the first thing she hears when she wakes up from the coma is “we need you to bond with a legendary beast and probably kill yourself!” And then EVEN AFTER ALL THAT she goes to confront her best friend turned villain AGAIN only to watch her LAST REMAINING FAMILY BE PUSHED OFF A CLIFF!!!
