This project is used to turn on devices through a text sms. Microcontroller reads sms from GSM modem and then turn on/off relay as per the contents of sms.

This project is used to turn on devices through a text sms. Microcontroller reads sms from GSM modem and then turn on/off relay as per the contents of sms.
Various parameters from industry are monitored using GSM modem, at the same time various devices are controlled using relays.
GSM Modem is connected to microcontroller. User has to send Password in sms to this GSM modem. If password is correct then Access is allowed to the security system. Buzzer is turned on for wrong password.
This is used to detect fault in Power transformers. Oil level, Temperature, voltage and current are monitored. SMS is sent when parameters cross threshold value.
If a person driving vehicle has consumed alcohol then this project will stop the vehicle and will send a SMS to the family member or owner of vehicle using a GSM modem. DC motor and buzzer are provided as output devices.
This project has 4 sensors. These are Temperature, Light, Humidity and Moisture sensors. Values of these parameters is sent via SMS through GSM modem. These values are also displayed on LCD display.
Toggle switch decides one of the 2 threshold values. First is Full and second is empty. SMS is sent whenever threshold value is reached. Weight sensor and GSM modem are the main components of this project.
It can be used in Industries to monitor various parameters like LPG gas leakage, Overheat (temperature) GSM modem sends SMS when parameters cross threshold value.
