In the summer of 1971 remarkable 131 horses required more space and they found it in a roaring two-liter light-alloy engine. The Giulia Sprint GT of the 105 series coupés were similar to the 1750 GTV model in this version renamed in 2000 GT Veloce (GTV) – only exceeded by the GTA and GTAm. It was the last stage of development of the groundbreaking masterpiece by Giorgetto Giugiaro for Bertone.
