Ingredients: 3 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, and mashed. 1 lime, juiced. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup diced onion. 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro. 2 roma plum tomatoes, diced. 1 teaspoon minced garlic. 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper optional.
Instructions: In a bowl, mash the avocados until they are smooth. Add salt and lime juice and mix well. Add the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and garlic and mix them in. If you want it hot, add a pinch of cayenne pepper. Put it in the fridge for an hour before you serve it so the flavors can mix. You can eat it with tortilla chips or put it on tacos, burritos, or nachos.
