I took the part of the blurred lines as meaning he couldn’t tell his boundaries and “she" was giving him signals that she wanted it but also didnt want it and he’s trying to figure it out. I hate that the song is super catchy
Like I said, that might not have been the intended meaning of "blurred lines" but in the context of the other lyrics it sounds fishy as hell and he also talks about "getting blasted" so at the very least one or both of them are drunk
And even if that is the case should you really be even thinking about having sex with someone if you're not coherent enough to make that decision and if you're not 100,000% clear whether or not they want to? The answer is emphatically no.
