He’s watching these antics with an amused smirk. “Awoo,” he says quietly, then chuckles.

‘Something’s Wrong’ Sentence Starters

He’s on his knees, yet it doesn’t register he’s been shot until he sees the blood pouring from his side. He lightly places a hand to his wound, crimson soaking through the white glove.

He growls at the rabbit, fire burning in his emerald eyes. “What a condescending...”

A hot, searing pain shoots through him. Knuckles clenches his teeth to hold back a scream, which instead comes out as a grunt, and bangs the ground with the palm of his other hand.

Knuckles hands the green armadillo a box with green wrapping and a yellow bow. He’d thought the color choice was clever in the heat of the moment, when he was putting the present together. Now, seeing her already deadpan expression, he’s starting to wonder if he’s only embarrassing the both of them.  

“Hope you like what’s inside,” he says, voice cracked and grin nervous. 

What she can expect to find is a poorly-made doll in her image.

"Shiny!" The baby said as he was suddenly up next to the master emerald, having climbed the stairs when the echidna wasn't looking. The rest of the team left him with Knuckles because they were working on a bigger case - whatever that meant. "Ready here I come!!!" He JUMPS down from up there, crashing against the echidna.

There’s a slight disturbance... 

Knuckles, rested on his back, opens his eyes to see a yellow-and-black stripped baby falling down - 

Landing SMACK onto his stomach. 

“OW!” 

Knuckles feels his anger rise like a bull. “Why you little...”

“How the hell did you do this to yourself?” Shard asked Knuckles looking over the guy.

Something’s Wrong With My Muse

“What’s this!?” Another one of Eggman’s robots? Seems like a pretty advanced one too. Probably wouldn’t be the best idea to charge at it, especially since that scuffle with the Badniks wore him out. 

... Doesn’t matter.

“HHHAAARRG!” Knuckles cries out, swinging his fist at Shard.

◕‿◕✿ "Tadaa!" Charmy put a flower crown Knuckles' head. "Hope ya like it! It's even the flowers from Angel Island."

Knuckles, taken aback at first, brushes a hand over the flower-crown on his head. 

- “Hope ya like it! It’s even the flowers from Angel Island.”

A grin splits across his face. “That’s real sweet of you,” he says. The kid’s thoughtfulness really does warm his heart. 

His head sticks up a little as he places his hands on his hips. He feels like a king.
