inside out is like. good for destressing and letting it all out, and then it concludes positively, so it's very cathartic.

oh for sure!! which is so clever because that’s basically the message of the movie as well. 

up and inside out and lion king are my go-to movies for when i feel like i need to cry - cathartic is definitely the right word <3
