Gaz/Belle: He goes suddenly more frequently in the libary. One day Belle finds a little note in on of the returned books.

Belle hadn't seen him at all for the first month she had worked at the small library in Sheffield, until one day he had come in with a young boy, his son from the looks of it, for some books the boy needed for a project.

After that he'd been in every day. Never for very long. Just long enough to look around, look at her a bit, and leave. A couple of times he actually signed out a book.

She didn't know his name, and perhaps she should have been disturbed by him looking at her, but it never felt uncomfortable and he never even tried to approach her, let alone anything worse.

He was handsome, with more worry lines than he really should have, she thought, because he didn't look all that much older than her 28. And the few times she had seen him smile had been beautiful. She found herself hoping he had reasons to smile each day.

One afternoon she watched from behind her desk, feigning reading a book, as he walked quietly to the front desk and slipped a book through the return slot before turning and immediately hurrying back out of the front doors.

When she picked the book up, she found a piece of paper sticking out of it. On it was a name, Gary Schoffield, and a phone number. She smiled to herself as slipped the number into her purse for later and went about re-shelving the newly-returned book.

Rushbelle: 'Wait, what?!'

"Wait, what?"

Belle grinned at Nick. "Look, I know you're worried about the water supply diminishing. So worried, in fact, that you're not listening to anyone who tries to talk to you about it. But TJ and Park and Brody have come up with a really good idea for saving some of the water currently being wasted.

"It'll mean re-working a significant portion of the plumbing and re-routing a good deal of through Hydroponics, but it could be a really viable solution."

Her pleased grin softened into a more tender smile as she looked at him. "Go get some sleep, Nick. Once you're rested you can talk to them about it. Nothing's going to go critical before you get back. I promise."

Gazbelle: Strippoker

It had been Belle's idea, actually, the game of strip poker. It had seemed like something fun to do after a storm had forced the two of them to cancel their plans for a picnic. 

It was going quite well, really. Gaz was the better player by far, Belle having only played once or twice before, but each time she lost a hand and removed a piece of clothing, she got at least one round to do better than him while he looked over whatever new bit of skin had been revealed.

Rumbelle: Vibrator - the vibrating magic wand

"So different shapes and sizes of wand are better for different things?"

Rumplestiltskin nodded as he watched her look over the collection in his shop. She was running her hand through the air over top of the wands and he wondered if she could feel the magic in them. She stopped, her hand hovering over a green wand, shorter and thicker than most, that was meant to be used in magic for crop growing and harvesting.

"This one feels like it's vibrating." She blushed and Rumple nodded for her to continue. "It looks a bit like some of those toys Ruby showed me for, um, self pleasure and things."

Rumplestiltskin nearly choked on the thought.

Rush/Belle: He is in a bad mood, but he is not the only one with temper.

(Rush/Belle/Rush verse because why not.)

"I don't have time to discuss this now!" Nick turned to leave the room and head for the bridge before Belle could respond. But before he could get away she grabbed his arm and turned him back to face her, her eyes blazing. Nick couldn't remember ever seeing her so angry.

"No. We will discuss this now. He has feelings about this and so do you and they need to be discussed. This isn't just going to resolve itself, Nick, he's not just going to blink out of existence. I know this is complicated and difficult but you owe it to yourself and . . . yourself to try and figure this out."

Hamish/Belle: Belle buys (secretly) a pregnant test. There are no such things like secrets in little towns. Hamish get the new from TV John.

(This is from the Loving Again verse, which people should prompt more of because I love it. This takes place between the two stories currently written, obviously.)

"Have ye ever thought of being a father, Hamish?"

Hamish looked at TV John and snorted, nodding his head towards Tor, curled up and napping beside the older man. “Pretty sure I’m already doing that, John."

John shook his head. “No, I meant have you thought about having kids of yer own, man."

Hamish shrugged, but smiled as he looked at Tor. “I wouldn’t mind it."

"Well good. Because I think Belle will have some news for you."

"What are ye goin’ on about?"

"Well, you know Rory’s away visiting his aunt for the weekend, so Esme’s watching the shop, and she said that Belle came in to get a rather personal sort of test, if you know what I mean."

Hamish just stared at the older man, stunned. A baby. He and Belle were going to have a baby.
