Guardians of Loa, a tower defense game.
I was sent a beta version of this game to test out, after trying it out at PLAY NYC. Here is my review
A group of mythical creatures coming together to fight against the no good human invaders.
You start at the training grounds, then traveling making your way through each level on the map.
Protecting your castle and land as you build towers and use them to fight off the enemies . Towers can do regular damage or use magic to destroy the enemies
Astral tower: short range high fire rate
Fairy dwelling: slows and weakens the enemies
Undead: shrine: long range slow fire rate
Once your towers gain enough experience you can level up and use your gems to upgrade it. This will help your tower send off more damage to the enemies.
You can Gain resources to help you build new towers, such as night towers. The night towers require wishes to be built. You can collect wishes and resources by defeating Enemies.
In the market place you can buy more resources and sell ones you already have as well.
Each level has three modes.
Casual Normal Insane
You must beat level two on normal mode to unlock insane mode
As you progress throughout the game hero's will join your ranks. They are free to build and have special skills that you can acquire throughout the game.They are there to help you whenever you are in trouble.
The app is still in beta, and will be available for Apple and Android once released.
