Thank you #guava tree ❤️ Our #guavatree has been quite generous to us this season. I can’t keep up w/ all the #fruits The birds have been devouring the ripe guavas straight off the tree and the ones the birds don’t get to gravity usually takes care of. I’ve been enjoying my turn at harvesting guavas the past few days after my aunt and bro have had their turn. I hope the arm workout, er #guavajam is ready tomorrow. It’s taken 2 days so far because I have shoulder issues, but mom and I had a taste test tonight and it seems to be on the right track. I just hope it’s thicker come tomorrow morning because I can’t find pectin anywhere… I also didn’t add enough sugar to start so that’s part of the delay. Hopefully the straining and constant stirring the past couple of days haven’t been harmful because I have an appointment w/ my musculoskeletal specialist tomorrow morning for my left shoulder.
