Two of Flo's Met Gala dresses are now on display at the new home of the @gucci archive at Palazzo Settimanni in Florence.

The first dates back to 2016: it's an iridescent silver gown featuring a Renaissance-inspired neckline with a trompe l'oeil necklace, an embroidered and beaded bear on the back, a blush pink velvet waist tie and sequin cherry blossom branches.

The second is from the last in-person gala in 2019: an iridescent flower bouquet lamé lace gown with an all-over embroidered cape with 3D flying birds and wings made of crystal, pearls and sequins. More info on these looks can be found on the blog.

Gucci Cruise 2026

Gucci’s latest cruise collection caught my eye these past few days. I’ve thought about brands that seem to be struggling in the new age of digitalisation, and Gucci is one of them.

While I’m unconvinced this collection appeals to more than a moodboard for Gen Z, there is an element of glamour millennials may enjoy.
