Dinner (all by my lonesome, boo-boo!), at El Palacio. Since moving back home to Portland in 2015, I have yet to find a really good Hispanic restaurant that even comes close to this place. Enchiladas Supremas, white wine, their famous crispy chips and salsa. It was really very nice and relaxing and surprisingly quiet for a Friday night.
