Can yandere have other personality than love MC? I mean, they're obsessive to MC, but they're can have other personality? and what should yandere react or do whan MC are stronger than him? (He's weak but skilled, and MC is strong but unskilled.) MC don't hate him and she's love him back. she's alway act like fearless fool to help other people, she can protect herself, but how yandere should react and do to her? (He's obsessive yandere and protective yandere, to be honest he's smarter than MC)

There are two things that I plan to address here with yourquestion. One being that I answer your question and second address an on-goingtrend with the sort of questions we get (addressing all followers). Don’tworry, it’s nothing bad but I’m going to play teacher for you guys. I highly suggest those passing by to read this, cause I poured out a cup of tea for everyone.

Firstly, I’m going to answer your question. It’s a simpleanswer. Yes, of course, a yandere can have a personality. “Yandere” isn’t apersonality trait. It is a character trope, which is different from “personality”.When you make a yandere character, you still need to fill in the blanks of whothey are and what sort of person they are. What that personality is is up toyou, guest. These are your characters. I can’t tell you how they’re supposed toact or what to do in ‘x’ situation since I don’t own them. You know yourcharacters the best. You tell me. The most I can do is suggest possible outcomes,but I don’t want to do that since I want you (and everyone) to foster their ownidea. The only thing I can do is remind you not to make your yandere an abuser/”sadisticyandere” and give a logical explanation as to why he would do something based onbackstory or circumstance. We have plenty of writing tips on this blog as wellas answered anons/asks with similar questions. I highly recommend lookingthrough our [masterlist] for tips. I spent two whole days going through thatand reorganizing it with renaming certain posts for you guys ease. For you,guest, I recommend looking at Yandere Characteristics and Yandere andRelationships. But all of the posts on the Yandere Analysis post would behelpful for you.

Now, I’ll move on to the bigger issue here. That issue beingthese “how would yandere act in ‘x’ scenario”. Don’t get us wrong, it’s not abanned question nor is it a pain to answer since we love helping you guysdevelop your characters. But it comes to the point where we don’t want to holdyour (I’m addressing everyone here) hand and keeping you back from being acreator. Julie and I can go from A to Z before jumping into the number countingsystem to list out all the possibilities of how a yandere may react to an issueor situation. But at the end of the day, we can’t give you guys a definite answersince these are your characters. YOU know them the best. You should be tellingUS how they would act in ‘x’ scenario. Spoon-feeding you guys the answer isn’thelping anyone grow. The purpose of our blog is to encourage critical thinkingand breaking the mold of “yanderes have to act like ‘x’ to be a yandere.” We’retrying to open your metaphorical boxes and expand your horizons with differentangles. You aren’t helping yourselves by moving from one box into another.Instead of asking us “how would yandere act in ’x’ scenario”, you should beasking “My yandere is ‘x’ and their S/O is ‘y’. This is the “scenario” Iimagined for them. Do you think it’s good or am I missing something?” That is abetter question than us shoveling our ideas and concepts down your throat. Youguys can still ask us these questions but- we always been saying “these areyour characters, you tell us” ever since the beginning and we will keep onsaying the same thing over and over again but with different flavors. Eitherthat or answering your questions with links to stories with the same scenario(like that yandere bully ask) since it seems like you guys want examples.

Also, this just occurred to me but these “how would yandereact in ‘x’ scenario” are dangerously close to “yandere imagine” posts; whichare banned questions on our blog. Once again, I want to remind everyone thatour blog is a yandere review blog and yandere analysis blog with occasionalwriting tips. We aren’t a Yandere Imagine blog. That being said, I’m going to shiftaudiences from “everyone” to other yandere analysis blogs. I’m not addressing anyblog specifically but everyone. What I’m going to say is maybe consider havingthe same stance as us in trying to encourage critical thinking with ourfollowers. I know you guys are earnestly trying to help your askers by goingthrough A to Z on possibilities and we really admire you guys for putting yourtime in it. But maybe try weening your followers into being more proactivecreators and not spoon-feed them your own story ideas. Let them come up withtheir own. But this is strictly opinion, of course.

Moving back to addressing everyone, it seems to me that theroot of this issue is a rocky foundation when it comes to writing guidance. It’snot specifically a “yandere” thing but general writing ranging from how to organizea story to character creation. Don’t mistake me as calling anyone “stupid” oranything. I understand that the education system is fucked. Not all Englishclasses are great and not every school has creative writing as an elective. I thinkthe song, Flowers are Red is telling on what sort of ringer school put you guysthrough. What I want to ask is if you guys want a teacher… like the teacher atthe end of Flowers are Red. Do you want me to dedicate my personal writing bloginto a Creative Writing Classroom or make “lesson videos” on youtube? If you’reskeptical of my credentials, I’m currently enrolled in a rather well know universitygoing for an English degree with a minor in creative writing and aiming tobecome an actual teacher. I’m about a year away from graduating. So, let me askagain, do you guys want this opportunity to know the knowledge I wastedthousands of dollars on or do you guys just want us to spoon-feed you theanswers? I’ll leave things here and let you guys decide on an answer.

He will comment on early twenties MCs, and you’ll have a bit of extra content on that, but it won’t be A LOT!

It doesn’t make that big of a difference to the story. You’ll get a chance to address it, but that’s about it.
