Guigario’s influence seems stronger than ever. The Ghost in the Shell car concept (top) is an very well considered blend of his 1978 BMW M1 with window elements taken from his 1971 Maserati Boomerang. The - sadly much less ambitious - final prop (middle) is made from a modified version of his 1976 Lotus Esprit, probably an S2 or 3 model. I’d say he was due a royalty cheque.
