I wonder if this dreamcatcher was made by Shadow Milk before his corruption, since it has his eye sigil. Maybe cookies were freaking out about the legend and so he made this to calm them
I also wonder if he made the grimoire. It seems like the kind of thing he would be able to create, and since he was the virtue of knowledge a magical record that inscribed itself which no one could mess with fits pretty well. You gotta love all the little details in the game like this. I really fleshes out the world :)
