Day 32 of 32 Days of Yoga: The Finish Line
I’m limping (threw my back while shoveling snow) to the finish line… Goal complete: Yoga everyday for 32 days! During the challenge, I met kind and knowledgeable yoga teachers (Ahimsa Yoga Studio) that made this goal a joyous experience.
In the end, I feel taller and a little wiser. What did I learn? 1. Releasing my grip will allow me to find my strength.
2. I prefer to bike to the yoga studio. 3. The idea of doing yoga at 6am is growing on me.
4. Yoga helps me to run efficiently—faster!
5. Yoga is not something you do; it’s something you use!
3. I need to include more restorative/gentle sessions in my yoga practice.
4. Shoveling snow is still hard.
5. Doing yoga at home (4 of the 32 sessions) gets better with practice.
6. Smiling while using yoga makes you a better yogi.
