Grilled Japanese Oysters with BincoTan coal, green algae, sesame sauce.

Huitre creuse cuite au charbon Bincho Tan, algue verte & sauce au sésame.

Bento with crab marinated tofu, lump roe & wasabi, miso noodles, grilled salmon omelet, pickled eggplant...

Bento avec tofu de crabe, œufs de lump et wasabi, vermicelles au miso,  omelette au saumon grillé, aubergine marinée...

Japanese soup with porcini mushrooms and cod fillet tempura.

Soupe japonaise aux cèpes et tempura de dos de cabillaud.

Iced tofu & Truffle.

Tofu glacé à la truffe.

Shabu shabu with Ponzu sauce sashimi sea bream, bream bone broth, shitake mushrooms, Chinese cabbage, tofu.

Shabu shabu avec sashimi de daurade sauce Ponzu, bouillon arrêtes de daurade, champignons shitaké, chou chinois, tofu.

Bowl of rice with jack mackerel, caramelised salsify, sesame, seaweed and lotus root.
