Indulge in the creamy goodness of this healthy chocolate avocado smoothie. It's a perfect blend of ripe avocado, bananas, and cocoa powder, sweetened naturally for a guilt-free treat.
Ingredients: 1 ripe avocado. 2 ripe bananas. 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 cup almond milk. 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup ice cubes.
Instructions: Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Peel the ripe bananas and break them into chunks. Place the avocado, bananas, unsweetened cocoa powder, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a blender. Add the ice cubes to the blender. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure everything is well mixed. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup. Once the desired consistency and sweetness are achieved, pour the creamy chocolate avocado smoothie into glasses. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy chocolate treat!
