Lough Tay, The Guinness Lake

A lake that look's like Guinness? Makes you thirsty just looking at it, right?

Missing the pubs ? Why not take a trip to Wicklow and visit Lough Tay and get a taste of the black stuff.

This lake is surrounded by spectacular scenery with a backdrop of the wicklow mountains in the distance. The Guinness family themselves imported the white sand to resemble the creamy head of the pint and the colour of the water is a dark rich brown, just like the pint.
