Sokai Week 2025: Day 2 -Journey/Adventure For context they are somewhere in the gummiship. Which I swear works on Tardis Principles. I bet, Sora would love to show Kairi the wonders of World Travel and all the sights in it. I mean considering what we saw in KH3 for the gummi ship hud, I sure would.
let’s see how far I can go this year! I couldn’t find a prompt list to vibing well with, so I’m doing the classic one but based on Kingdom Hearts, like I did in 2019. Such a waste, last year there was a KH prompt list and i missed it ;w; There also is an amazing KH horror themed list but I wasn’t confident about being able to keep the creepy mood all month long… next year I’ll propose my own list XD

KH-OC Week 2022 - Day 5 Package

As Riku and Terra are now both dream guides, I have favourite locations to go with each of them. I ended up having dreams for both boys and favourite locations. The dream recaps (T2) will be posted based on the order they happened:

1. Terra – Neverland: Dream occurred: TUE 26 JUL – 2022 (AEST) Name of Dream: “The Brass Keyblade Hunt”
START
This dream started with Terra (KH-BBS) and I walking around Neverland. I said to Terra that I wanted to go to sleep, in which he suggested for me to go into the lost boys’ hideout and sleep there, but I wasn’t having that, in which I said “nope” to Terra and that I wanted to go to sleep in the cave. For once in a dream, Terra gave me a funny look and then mentioned that it wouldn’t be safe. I had intentions to lure Aqua and Ventus to the island to be as a trio, but I didn’t want Terra knowing, and so I couldn’t necessarily explain myself to him. Terra insisted for me to sleep in the hideout and once again that this was the only safe place, but I kept pushing for the cave.
Eventually, Terra gave a sigh and looked over at Peter Pan who was also with us. Peter said to Terra that I could go to the cave, in which Terra slowly nodded with a sense of defeat and then added that he (Terra himself) would have to guard the area from unversed while I slept. With the arrangements now made, Peter Pan and the lost boys escorted Terra and I to the large central cave. Along the way, the dream changed camera angles and showed what I was wearing. It was a red wrap skirt with teal flowers on it. The blouse was teal to match the flowers on the skirt; as well as wearing teal flat shoes.
With Terra originally thinking he would have to defend the area from the unversed, Peter said that he and the boys would stand guard at the entrance to the cave. This meant that Terra found a space in the middle of the cave and sat on the ground, with me laying my head on his lap in order to go to sleep.
After just a few seconds of me being asleep, a pink energy was pulsating from me, followed by a blue energy. So now the energy was pink and blue, alternating between the colours with each wave of visible radiation. With Terra quickly noticing, giving a small gasp, and then looking confused, the dream changed scenes, into a sub-scene, to show what was really going on regarding the purpose of the energy radiating from me while I was asleep.
The sub-scene playing consisted of the world map from KH-BBS, and Aqua was shown departing from another world (forgot which one it was). While Aqua was on her keyblade glider, the camera zoomed over to the facade of the Neverland world, which showed the blue and pink waves pulsating out of it. The camera then went back to Aqua and she was heard saying, “Something’s happening in Neverland. I have to go there”. With Aqua now being in Neverland, the dream camera showed a shot of the cave, with the energy pulsating out of the rock formation like expanding planet rings.
The dream camera was now inside the cave, me seen still sleeping on Terra as Aqua walked in. Terra was once again quick to notice as he asked what Aqua was doing, not expecting her presence in this world. When Aqua had noticed me sleeping, the energy that I used to call her had shut off, and so the blue and pink waves had stopped. Terra tried to gently poke me to see if I would wake up, but I didn’t. And then Terra decided to give me a few small shakes; that’s when I apparently presented an energy that I was not done. Therefore, Aqua said to Terra that she’d go outside to deal with any unversed while Terra stayed with me.
With Terra and I alone again, the energy waves began again, but this time, they were green and yellow, with the intention to attract Ventus. It was now that Terra realised what was going on and gave a soft smile while looking down at me. Through the dream’s energy, it was telling me that Terra knew he had to wait for Ventus to arrive. There was now a second sub-scene at the world map, but this time, it showed Ventus on his glider. I can’t remember the details of the second sub-scene, but just like Aqua, Ventus was attracted to the facade of Neverland.
Back to the main scene, Ventus had already met up with Aqua as she and he walked into the cave to meet up with Terra and I. Both Aqua and Ventus were wondering why they were called to Neverland, but Terra wasn’t able to give an answer. However, with me radiating no more energy, I woke up this time. I don’t remember Terra directly asking me, but it’s like he was suggesting that he wanted an explanation for why I did what I did. That’s when I told him that I remember Peter Pan telling Aqua for all three of them come back to Neverland, but that they never did, and so I simply made it happen. All of Terra, Aqua and Ventus’ eyes lit up as they smiled, but there was an energy coming specifically from Terra, that he was proud of me, and also like he was gracefully duped when trying to get me to do things ‘his way’ at the start.
With everyone now at Neverland, Peter came and suggested that we all go an on expedition. He said that the ladies should lead it, but I was not confident at the start. So Peter led the group, with the lost boys being at the back. I have forgotten the order that the BBS trio and I were specifically in. Part way through our expedition, I noticed a treasure chest next to one of the high cliffs. I forgot who opened it, but inside was the keyblade that Terra gave Ventus in the real BBS game, but it was a brass gold version of it. Both Terra and Ventus, as well as Aqua, were amazed to see it as the original one was broken.
Further on our expedition march, I noticed another treasure chest, but this time it was on the top of a very high cliff. In the areas that only Ventus and Aqua could access in their IRL play-throughs. However, in the dream, Terra came forward to help me, activating his keyblade glider as the rest of the group stayed down. Terra whipped me on to him as he then flew us vertically up the cliff. At the top of the cliff, Terra stood back and watched as I opened the chest. Inside this one ended up being a brass version of my main keyblade; ‘Mahna Templestowe’.
Now ready to join the group back on the ground, Terra signalled for me to come over to him. This time, Terra got me in his arms and simply jumped us off the cliff, no glider or armour. However. Terra, even from such a height, and while holding me, successfully managed to land on his feet. Now back at the group, I showed them the version of my keyblade that I had found. Aqua and Ventus were particularly fascinated by the sight. I then suggester that Aqua and Ventus would also have version of their keyblades for us to find around the island.
Peter Pan again said to the group that the ladies should be leading the expedition, insisting it this time. There was an energy from inside me like I still wasn’t confident in doing so, but Peter kept insisting. And then there was an energy coming from Terra, suggesting that he’d make sure I was okay. The march order now ended up being me at the front, with Terra walking beside me. Then it was Aqua, Ventus, the two lost boys from the BBS game, and then Peter right at the back. As we continued to march now, the dream faded out and ended.

2. Riku – Twilight Town Dream occurred: THU 28 JUL – 2022 (AEST) Name of Dream: “Snake Bite At Twilight”
START
This dream started with me in my bedroom at my grandma’s (dad’s side) house. As I was sitting on my bed, the door opened, and a black, completely hooded figure in the Organisation XIII coats, had prompted me to follow them. For the start of the dream, I did not know who they were, but the figure was releasing an energy of conviction, and for me to trust them and listen to them. As we were walking down the hallway, the figure signalled for me to stay as quiet as possible so that my grandma wouldn’t get alerted to something going on.
The figure led me through the kitchen, into the laundry, and out into the backyard. The figure then pointed towards the back fence and told me to go towards there, while they themselves seemed to drift back a bit and linger closer to the house. Once I was far enough ahead to the figure’s liking, the dream showed them moving again. I noticed a portal of darkness right at the end of the alleyway. I was wondering why the portal was there, and felt like it was a bit of an ominous presence, and I was slowly examining it, that’s when the figure began a stealthy stride and before I could respond in any way, pushed me through the portal.
The portal ended up in the white room of the mansion, where Namine was seen sitting at the table… And like she was waiting for someone to return. The figure followed me through the portal, and only now, they lifted their hood off, revealing it to be Riku (KH2 blindfolded). Coming to the realisation that Riku had likely put me through all this stress and worry from the way he acted at the house, he immediately spoke to reassure me, and he told me why he acted the way he did.
Riku began by saying that he heard I wanted to come to Twilight Town, in which I nodded. He then went to explain that it was a difficult situation to collect me from my grandma’s house, and that it wasn’t like at my own house. Riku specified that unlike my parents who understand who he is, as well as the rest of the Kingdom Hearts, that my grandma had no concept, and so he didn’t want to cause any dramas, hence why he remained anonymous and tried to pull it off while my grandma was in her own bedroom. Apparently I was brought to the mansion to be processed, in-case my grandma ended up somehow getting through.
An energy of slight sadness came from Riku as he spoke about the next part. Riku continued that he knew my grandma would likely be in a panic and upset to find me missing, and so he left what he called an offering. As he spoke now, the dream projected a sub-scene. The offering the Riku had left, on the kitchen bench, was a bowl of fruit, with a large paopu fruit in the middle as his token. There was energy that suggested that when my grandma ate the paopu fruit, it would ‘connect’ her to me, and make her feel at ease of where I was at. The dream then went to the main scene, and like Riku was now ready to take me into the further reaches of of the town.
With Riku and I stepping outside the mansion, he asked me why I liked Twilight Town. I told him that because it felt like a peaceful place, along with a mixture of shopping. I suggested that we go to sit on the top of the clock tower, but Riku stopped me there and said that he didn’t want to be seen by others. He didn’t say why, but I guessed it was because he was in his coat and blindfold, like in the IRL KH2 where he ‘didn’t want to be found’. I suggested some shopping on the level of the buildings, but Riku wasn’t even comfortable with this.
Riku chimed in, “How ‘bout we get you an ice-cream and you can taste the flavours of the town?”. I then asked Riku, “You’re not getting one?”, in which he answered no. I continued, “What’s the point of the that? The whole point was to experience Twilight Town with you” as I swung my hands in the air in dramatic gesture. After a slight pause, Riku gave in and said he’d get an ice-cream too, telling me that we’d sit by the wall next to the entrance to the forest to eat them.
The scene changed immediately, now showing Riku and I sitting next to each other with our backs against the wall, and holding our ice-creams. Our shoulders touched as Riku explained the sweet and salty taste that I was experiencing. Indeed I tasted both flavours at once, even in a likely amplified sense as this was happening in a dream. The ice-creams were then suddenly finished, with only the sticks remaining.
Riku had nothing on his ice-cream stick, but he looked over to my stick, and noticed the winner sign on it. The dream briefly flashed to how Roxas had one in 358/2, and then went back to Riku and I. That’s when I mentioned to Riku that Roxas had the same sign on his. Just like Axel in the IRL game, Riku said to me that I’d win some sort of prize. The winner sign with the crown symbol, now simply changed to the symbol of a snake with no words next to it.
I didn’t have to wait long to find out what that meant as Sierra’s potential upgraded keyblade, ‘Jewel of the Desert’, appeared on the ground in-front of me. I picked it up and examined it, wondering why the keyblade appeared to me. Riku began to explain that my special gift (power really) was that I was also able to use keyblades of those who I was connected to (in addition to simply my own), him saying that hence why I could use Terra’s and his, as well as being able to use any of Selvian’s and Sierra’s keyblades.
When ‘Jewel of the Desert’ had disappeared, I started to feel this pain all over me. The pain was unexplainable, but the dream was releasing energy to suggest that I had received a ‘snake bite’ (a play on Sierra’s underlying keyblade theme of ‘cobra’). In no time at all, I began doubling over as the pain was supposedly very difficult to manage. Riku realised, becoming concerned and trying to pick me up as he said “let’s get you back to the mansion”. With Riku seemingly struggling to get me through the forest quick enough, the dream ended.

Fact: Twilight Town visits are seemingly always done with Riku in his KH2 Blindfold outfit. Only once, Riku was in his KH-CoM look.

As for gummiships and travel. I do not have a gummiship, nor do I use gummiships.
However, I had a dream in the latter half of 2021 where I had my very own BBS glider, and it looked like this:
The glider has appeared like this in 2 or 3 dreams since then.
On other occasions, Terra has taken me on his glider; sitting me in-front of him and him leaning over me to secure me.

For Day 6, I have another exciting dream recap ready, where the events happen in a distorted version of my waking life / IRL / non-Kingdom-Hearts / 'every-day' world. Kingdom Hearts comes to Melbourne, Australia.
FYI. Riku and Terra (and Jak) esp. have been to Melbourne more times than KH-OC week can count.
