My new #2 ramen in Sydney (just behind Gumshara) comes from the very unexpected @buttersydney - we visited yesterday with @wheresthefoodaus to film an episode on their donuts and I stayed for lunch with friends and was recommended for @iamsophiawai to try their ramen. Just heavenly!!! Butter’s Fried Chicken Ramen is on another level of deliciousness and from what I can find people queue for this amazing bowl! In place of smoky pork chasu, you'll find two tenders of fried chicken. It comes in a rich tonkotsu and chicken broth, with an egg and enoki mushrooms, and the bowl is $20. Well worth it for this deliciousness.
