I actually kind of respect those old Yaoi shippers who used to HATE Relena with a fiery passion of a thousand suns. The kind where her haters would make websites like ihaterelenapeacecraft.com or forum posts dedicated to hating her or fanfics that rip her to shreds. At least they were upfront and honest about their own jealousy and internalized misogyny and they didn't try to hide the fact that she got in the way of their Yaoi.

In contrast to your average Gundam fujoshi in 2025, who pays lip service and secretly disdains any female character that is associated with the character of their obsessions and will have nothing of substance to say about said female characters apart from : '' Omg she's actually a lesbian'', ''Omg she deserves better than him'' , ''Omg she's actually a fujo''.

Char is not as self loathing and suicidal as he's made out to be by this fandom in the year 2025.

Seriously, if he was then he would have had plenty of opportunities to end himself but in reality Char has a healthy dose of ego, survival instincts and ambition.

This, amongst many things about Char had been flanderized to death.
