Este proyecto para BBVA incluye tres unidades de SafeStore Auto, la solución automatizada de depósito más avanzada del mercado
20 de junio de 2017. La empresa líder mundial en productos, soluciones y servicios de seguridad, Gunnebo, finaliza la instalación para BBVA de tres unidades de SafeStore Auto, la solución de depósito más avanzada del mercado.
El proyecto conlleva la instalación de 2.660 compartimentos y un contrato de mantenimiento que garantizará el correcto funcionamiento de la instalación en todo momento.
SafeStore Auto representa la última tecnología en compartimentos de alquiler al tratarse de un sistema seguro, fácil de usar y extremadamente rentable en costes. Con los sistemas tradicionales, un empleado del banco acompaña al cliente hasta una sala donde le entrega su compartimento. Una vez que este ha terminado, el empleado devuelve el compartimento a su lugar y acompaña al cliente a la salida.
Con SafeStore Auto, el propio cliente accede al recinto de entrega de cajas con la tarjeta del banco y un código PIN. Introduce esa misma tarjeta en un terminal, vuelve a marcar el código y utiliza un lector biométrico. Una vez validada su identidad, un robot selecciona la caja y se la entrega a través del terminal. El cliente abre y cierra el compartimento con una llave personal y devuelve el compartimento a la cámara acorazada cuando ha terminado.
Las ventajas para la entidad bancaria son claras, no sólo reduce considerablemente los costes de gestión asociados a los compartimentos de alquiler tradicionales, sino que genera una corriente de ingresos superior porque los clientes pueden acceder a ellos cualquier hora del día y cualquier día de la semana.
Además, este servicio es mucho más flexible a la hora de ubicar los compartimentos, lo que supone ahorros si se encuentran en otras plantas más fáciles de proteger como, por ejemplo, el sótano.
